Melvin is South Whidbey's hottest new celebrity after his public debut walking with Whidbey Environmental Action Network in the Langley Pride Parade. We're so excited that we're now getting him a business license and insurance so he can go forth and spread more joy across more communities on and beyond Whidbey Island!
